4. Purchases and Payments
If you purchase prints, digital files, workshops, training, tours, or services:
Prices are in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise.
Payments are processed through third-party processors; we do not store payment information.
We may refuse, limit, or cancel orders at our discretion.
Refunds
Refund policies are posted on relevant product or event pages.
Unless stated otherwise, digital downloads and training materials are non-refundable.
5. Workshops, Courses & Photography Tours
If you register for a workshop or tour:
You may need to sign additional waivers or agreements.
We are not liable for injuries, travel delays, weather, or unexpected events.
Itineraries may change for safety or logistical reasons.
Workshop/course materials are protected and cannot be copied, shared, or reused.
6. User Accounts
You must provide accurate information.
You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure.
Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violations of these Terms.
