Around 38°N latitude at Black Canyon National Park, It’s very rare to experience aurora storms this bright! On November 11, 2025, there was a major solar impact from x5.1 flare triggering a G4 severe geomatic storm creating stunning aurora visible in all 50 states! When I arrived at the park before dark, I was already able to see the aurora with my naked eye as I was hiking out to this location!
